V četrtek, 31. 7. 2025, te ob 19.00 vabimo na sprehodu po mestu, ki bo obravnaval obsoletna gibanja. Dobimo se na dvorišču Vetrinjskega dvora.

Interesni safari je oblika druženja, kombinacija predavanja in sprehoda po mestu na različnih lokacijah, kjer skupaj z gostujočo umetnico in umetnikom platforme SobaZaGosteMaribor, in kuratorjem Simonom Žlahtičem raziskujemo temo interesa rezidentk_ov. Tokrat z Moe Yoshida in Enejem Galo. Na sprehodu, ki je odprtega formata, se bomo pogovarjali in delili mnenja ter znanje o mestu in povezavami, ki jih imamo z obravnavano temo.

Sprehod bomo začeli v Vetrinjskem dvoru, se sprehodili po temah ki so vezane na premike, pregibe, mehanizme, tehnologijo, proizvodnjo ali celo poti, bližnjice, kraje … tudi živali pridejo v poštev, saj se običajno gibljejo po nekih ustaljenih in na videz naključnih vzorcih. Teme in asociacije, ki so velikokrat prezrte, bodo na sprehodu osvetljene in s kančkom humorja na voljo za reinterpretacijo. Pridružite se, delite svoja opažanja z nami na sprehodu!

On Thursday, 31st of July at 7 p.m. you are invited for a walk around the city. We will dicuss the topic of obsolete movements. We start on the courtyard of Vetrinski dvor.

The Interest Safari is a form of socialising, a combination of a lecture and a walk around the city in different locations, where together with the guest artists of the GuestRoomMaribor platform and the curator Simon Žlahtič we explore the theme of the interest of the residents. This time with Moe Yoshida and Ene Gala. During the walk, which is open format, we will discuss and share our opinions and knowledge about the city and the connections we have with the topic at hand.

We will start the walk at the Vetrinski dvorec walking through topics related to movements, folds, mechanisms, technology, production or even routes, shortcuts, places… animals also come into play, as they usually move according to some established and seemingly random patterns. Themes and associations that are often overlooked will be highlighted on the walk and, with a touch of humour, available for reinterpretation. Join us, share your observations with us on the walk!
