Celica špila 2026: Mother Vulture (VB) + support

Celica špila, pleše, miga, gruva in muva – že peto leto zapored! 🥳 Ob petem rojstnem dnevu bomo v juliju in avgustu 2026 pripravili nepozabno glasbeno praznovanje z vrhunskim naborom domačih in tujih bendov!🎉

Ena izmed najbolj energičnih skupin v živo nas je že navdušila leta 2024 z eksplozivnim nastopom na našem letnem vrtu, dve leti kasneje pa je čas, da nas zasedba Mother Vulture znova osupne. 🐦‍🔥 Oborožena s povsem svežim albumom bo ponovno dokazala, da sodi med najboljše rock skupine na sceni.

🐦‍🔥Visokooktanski turbo rock z zloglasno kaotičnim odrskim nastopom … neizprosno garaški in ponosni DIY rockerji iz jugozahodne Anglije … kot neodvisna zasedba brez založbe Mother Vulture nenehno premikajo meje mogočega. Razprodali so številne samostojne koncerte po Združenem kraljestvu, med drugim nastop v dvorani Thekla v Bristolu oktobra 2023, ki je bil nominiran za DHP-koncert leta. Člani zasedbe Mother Vulture so peklensko glasni, z mogočnimi vokali, neskončno nalezljivimi rifi in slovesom ene najboljših koncertnih zasedb v Veliki Britaniji.
Njihov prvenec Mother Knows Best je revija Classic Rock opisala kot »eksplozijo mogočnih refrenov, punkovske silovitosti, psihedeličnih trenutkov in sodobnih zasukov«, Kerrang! pa kot »nekaj med Royal Blood v najbolj fuzzy obliki, Biffy Clyro v najtežjih trenutkih in Queens of the Stone Age v najbolj divji in kaotični različici«.

Skupina Mother Vulture je januarja 2026 izdala svoj drugi album Cartoon Violence in komaj čaka, da novo gradivo predstavi slovenskemu občinstvu.

Celica rocks, dances, moves, and grooves at the hottest concert events in town – for the fifth year in a row! 🥳 For our fifth birthday, we’ll be hosting an unforgettable concert party in July and August 2026, featuring a top lineup of local and international bands!🎉

One of the most energetic bands live, they made a killer appearance at Hostel Celica in 2024: Mother Vulture are back! 🐦‍🔥Armed with a brand-new album, Cartoon Violence, they are going to prove, once again, they are on of the best rock bands out there.

🐦‍🔥High energy turbo-rock with an infamously chaotic live show. Furiously hard working and proudly DIY, South-West noisemakers Mother Vulture continue to push the boundaries of what is possible as an unsigned and independent band having sold out headline shows across the UK including the 400 capacity Thekla in Bristol in October 2023, a show which was nominated for DHP Gig of the Year. Mother Vulture are loud as hell with soaring vocals, riffs for days and a reputation as one of the greatest live bands in the UK.

Their debut album Mother Knows Best has been described as “an explosion of monster hooks, punkoid ferocity, psychedelic moments and modern twists” by Classic Rock and “somewhere between Royal Blood at their fuzziest, Biffy Clyro at their heaviest and Queens of the Stone Age at their most crazed and chaotic” by Kerrang!.

Mother Vulture have just released their sophomore record Cartoon Violence in January 2026, and they can’t wait to present the new material to Slovenian audience.
