BUILD-UP dance classes (POP-UP)

V Plesnem Teatru Ljubljana se med sezono redno odvijajo BUILD-UP klasi namenjeni plesalcem za vzdrževanje tehnike, kondicije in kontinuitete. Klasi se odvijajo ob sredah in četrtkih med 9.00 in 10.30. Posamezen prispevek za klas je 7,00 eur, ob nakupu 10-ih obiskov (brez časovne omejitve) pa prispevek znaša 50,00 eur. Mentorji se redno menjajo, zato je možen vskok na posamezen klas.

Zaradi povpraševanja organiziramo pop-up klasa z argentinsko gostjo Paulo Zacharias. Klas bo temeljil na Alexander tehniki in kontaktni improvizaciji.

At the Dance Theatre Ljubljana, BUILD-UP classes are regularly held during the season, aimed at dancers to maintain their technique, fitness, and continuity. Classes take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 10:30. The fee for a single class is €7.00, while a package of 10 visits (with no time limit) costs €50.00. Mentors change regularly, allowing for drop-in participation in individual classes.

Due to demand, we are organizing a pop-up class with Argentinian guest Paula Zacharias. The class will be based on the Alexander Technique and contact improvisation.
