🟡🟡🟡Razstava povezuje tri feministične arhive – Archivo Pinto mi Raya (Mehika), Reactfeminism (Berlin) in Mesto žensk – ter raziskuje, kako ohranjati in aktivirati pogosto spregledane in krhke arhive umetnosti.
Namesto statičnih zbirk jih predstavi kot žive, povezane sisteme, ki nastajajo skozi sodelovanje, izmenjavo in kroženje idej. Razstava ponuja vpogled v feministično umetnost kot skupno prakso in poudarja pomen arhivov za prihodnost umetnosti in družbe.

🟡🟡🟡The exhibition Archival Chain Reactions brings together three feminist archives – Pinto mi Raya (Mexico City), re.act.feminism (Berlin), and City of Women (Ljubljana) – and explores how to connect and activate important yet precarious archives of feminist art.

Rather than static repositories, the exhibition highlights archives as dynamic social formations that require continuous care, exchange, and collaboration. It also addresses the historical erasure of women* and gender-nonconforming, queer feminist artists, emphasising the urgency of preserving and sharing these histories.

Through selected works and documents, the exhibition reveals how archives relate, circulate, and influence one another, offering a perspective on feminist art as a living, collective practice.
